Happy Autumn! I hope you are enjoying the cooler weather.  Monday was the autumnal equinox, this marks a time when the general mood shifts from productive, analytical, hard working Virgo to harmony, balancing and relationship oriented Libra.  The autumnal equinox is one of only two days in the year when day and night are equal in length and it is said that this is one of the two days that you can balance an egg upright on it's end. Makes one think of Libras glyph - the scales.

Many people think of Libra as balanced but really it is about the act of balancing. Being an air sign Libra is of the mind, always thinking of both sides of a situation. Equality, fairness and justice are important to those born under this sign and these concepts are predominant during the Sun's annual visit through the sign of the scales.
